Attestation of the creative process and technical constraints of digital co-creation:

Every track realized has been entirely conceived through the creative and primary use of my human intellect. My work has not been limited to personally writing the lyrics, but has coercively and absolutely guided every single phase of the musical arrangement, reducing the computational contribution to a mere executing arm of predetermined human directives.   Within the Suno AI platform, the "Weirdness" parameter (designed to determine the randomness of style and structure) is systematically reduced from 100% to 20%. This setting effectively zeroes out the algorithm's decision-making capacity and generative autonomy.


• Prompt Adherence Constraint (Style Influence at 100%):
  The "Style Influence" parameter is constantly set to 100%. This absolute constraint forces the synthesis engine to rigidly respect every single stylistic, metrical, and rhythmic input entered by me, preventing any arbitrary variation.


• Prompt Saturation and Structural Directives:
  Each arrangement is encoded through complex, layered, and highly expressive prompts that systematically exploit the maximum character limit allowed by the interface (1000 characters). Within the text, the structure is locked down by inserting instrumental or acoustic directives and enhancements in parentheses within each verse, creating an actual structural "cage" from which the algorithm cannot deviate.


• Curation, Selection, and Post-Production:
  The audition process involves generating and screening 20-30 different demos, individually evaluated and discarded until identifying the single wave that matches my precise, pre-figured artistic choices.


• Structural Alteration via Editor (Pro) and Commit:
  The final draft is actively manipulated using Suno AI's Editor (Pro) to make adjustments, leveling, and structural changes. The final "Commit" operation validates and fixes these manual alterations, radically modifying the structure of the original track and converting it into a completely new derivative work, the product of my exclusive adaptation and stylistic correction.


• Conclusions:
  The final work is not the product of an automatic generation, but rather the result of a profound process of artistic direction and technical programming in which the Artificial Intelligence has been deprived of discretion, operating exclusively as a technical means subordinated to the author's intellect.
